Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. No reason needed.

How to ask

Email contact@evparto.com with the subject "Delete my data", or send us the same request on WhatsApp. Tell us the phone number, email address or account name you contacted us from.

What we delete

Your messages to us on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, your contact details and our notes about your enquiry.

What happens next

We confirm your request, delete the data and tell you when it is done, within one month at the latest.

What we must keep

If you bought from us, the law requires us to keep invoices and order records for a set period. We keep only those. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
