Frequently Asked Questions: OE 13987065-00
How do I know this is the right side wiper blade for my car?
This blade is listed for the right side, fitted at the front of the car. Match the model and the model year shown on your registration document to this listing before ordering. If your registration document shows a different model or year, use the fitment table on this page to find the listing that matches your car. The OE number for this blade is 13987065-00, which you can check against the old blade if it is still readable.
What if the number on my old blade is not the same as this one?
If the number stamped on the part you are removing is not 13987065-00, or the alternative listing SFH-5205210, do not fit this blade in its place. Take the old wiper off the car and look for the number stamped or printed on it, usually near the mounting end, then compare it directly against this listing before ordering. Reading the number from the old part itself is more reliable than working from memory or from what the car is generally supposed to take.
Does the right wiper blade need painting to match the Bao 5?
No. This is a black rubber wiper blade and it is fitted as supplied, with nothing to paint or finish. What matters more is getting the right one for your car, since the fitment table on this page lists which side and which years it covers. Check the OE number on the old blade against 13987065-00 before ordering, and confirm your build matches the table so the new blade sits correctly against the glass and clears properly.
