Frequently Asked Questions: OE 16425895-00
The number on my old cover does not match this one, what now?
Do not fit this by name alone. Check the side it sits on, its position in the console and how it is fixed in, since a mismatch there usually means a different cover is needed even on the same model. If your car has been through a running change, the number on the part you are removing is the one to trust over the listing. Match that before you order, and if it still does not line up, hold off rather than guess.
Will this need painting to match the trim inside my car?
No mention is made of paint or finish for this cover, and it is listed only in Night Sky Grey. Before you order, put the old console cover from your car next to a picture of this one and compare the shade and texture side by side. If the two do not look alike, hold off and check the fitment table on this page for the OE number, 16425895-00, to be sure you have found the right listing for your Qin PLUS.
Where does this cover fit on the console, and how do I know it is right for my car?
It fits over the centre console around the gear selector. Before you order, look at the old cover you are removing and find the number stamped or moulded on it, then match that to the OE number 16425895-00 listed here. If the numbers agree you can order with confidence. If you cannot find a number, or it does not match, hold off and use the quote route on this page instead of guessing.
