Frequently Asked Questions: OE 17332679-00
You have selected Aftermarket, the aftermarket alternative to this part. Where an answer below names BYD as the maker or calls the part Original/Genuine, it describes the Original/Genuine version, not this one.
How do I know this headlamp is the right side for my BYD Yuan PLUS?
This listing is for the right side headlamp, fitted at the front of the car. The OE number given is 17332679-00, and this part is also listed under SC2EV-4121020B, so check whichever number is stamped or printed on your old unit before ordering. If you are not certain which side you need, or the number on your car does not match cleanly, use the quote route on this page and send over your details so the correct side can be confirmed for you.
Will this fit my BYD?
Only the BYD Yuan PLUS is shown for this OE number, with no other model shown alongside it. Before you order, check the model and the model year exactly as they appear on your registration document, and make sure both match this headlamp. If your car is a different model or a different build year, this is not confirmed to fit and you should not assume it does.
What is the difference between the Original/Genuine and Aftermarket options?
Original/Genuine and Aftermarket both fit the same listing, and the choice comes down to what suits your car and your budget, shown in the price on this page. Before you order either, take the old headlamp off the car and check the number stamped on it against the OE number 17332679-00 given here. That number is the surest way to confirm you are matching the right part, rather than relying on the model name alone. If the stamped number matches, you can order either tier with confidence.
The number on my old headlamp is different, can I still use this one?
If the number on your old lamp does not match 17332679-00, check whether it instead reads SC2EV-4121020B, since this part is also listed under that reference. A match on either number means this is the correct lamp for your car. If neither number appears on your old part, this listing does not cover it and you should keep looking rather than guess from the description alone.
