Frequently Asked Questions: OE 16706660-00
How do I know this seat is for the passenger side and not the driver side?
This listing is for the right side, front position, so it fits the passenger seat and not the driver seat. To be certain it matches your Qin PLUS, check the fitment table on this page before ordering, since seat assemblies differ by side and swapping them over is not possible. If your OE number is not the one shown here, treat that as a sign this is not the correct listing for your car and look again before you buy.
What if the number on my old seat is different to this one?
If the number stamped on your old seat does not match 16706660-00, do not fit this one. This part is also listed under a second OE number, HA5H-6900001A-00YBM, so check against both before ruling it out. Look for the number stamped on the part you are taking off the car, rather than trusting memory or a description someone else gave you, and compare it directly against both numbers shown here before you order a replacement.
How does a seat this size actually get delivered to me?
Delivery time is confirmed with your quote. The packaging details are shown on this page. While you wait, check the side, the position and the fixings on your own car against this listing, which is for the right front passenger seat, OE number 16706660-00. If anything does not match, use the quote route on this page to confirm before you order.
Will this seat need painting or finishing to match my car?
No painting or finishing is involved here, as this is a fabric seat trimmed in sand gold beige, ready to fit as supplied. What matters most is getting the right seat for your car in the first place, so take a moment to find the model and the model year as written on your registration document and set that against this listing before you order. Getting that match right is what decides whether the seat sits and fits as it should once it is in place.
