About This Part
Engine sound simulator for the Fangchengbao Bao 5, OE 15505415-00, also numbered SFHB-3778020. This acoustic vehicle alerting system speaker plays a low-speed warning tone so pedestrians hear the near-silent EV approaching. It fits the Bao 5 Smart Driving 2024-2026, the Bao 5 Player 2024-2025 and the Bao 5 2023-2025, and bolts up in the engine bay on its glass-filled PP bracket. The moulded speaker box carries the factory mounting arm and weld nuts, so this AVAS speaker refits to the original points as a direct pedestrian-warning replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions: OE 15505415-00
My old sound simulator has a different number on it. Does that matter?
This unit carries OE number 15505415-00, and SFHB-3778020 also applies to the same item as an alternative reference. If either of those appears on the unit you have removed, you are in the right place. If neither does, stop and check before ordering, because the number on the old part is better evidence than the shape. Send a clear photograph of the label through the quote route on this page and we will match it against the OE number.
When will this arrive if I order today?
Delivery takes 8 to 25 days from your order to your door. Work from the later of the two when you plan the job, and do not book the car in for the earliest date. If you need it faster than that, say so through the inquiry route on this page before you order, quoting OE number 15505415-00, and we will tell you what is actually possible.
What is this sound simulator made of?
This one is made from plastic, and it is supplied new. A plastic housing means it wants care in handling on removal and refitting, particularly around the mounting points and the connector. If your fitter needs more than that, ask through the inquiry route on this page with the OE number to hand.
Where is this fitted on the car?
This one mounts in the engine bay, so it sits in the front compartment rather than in the cabin. Anyone quoting for the job should plan on opening the bonnet and working around whatever is in the way there on their own car. The fitment table on this page tells you which vehicles the position applies to.
Why is there only one version of this listed?
This reference is offered as the Original/Genuine Fangchengbao unit alone. Nothing has been sourced on the Aftermarket side for it, so the page shows a single option rather than two. Where no second source exists for a reference, we say so rather than listing a tier that is not there. If you want us to check whether an Aftermarket equivalent can be found for OE number 15505415-00, ask through the inquiry route on this page.
