Frequently Asked Questions: OE 13222655-00
What is the difference between Original/Genuine and Aftermarket for this cover panel?
That depends on what is listed for your specific Yuan PLUS, and it is not something to guess at with a plastic exterior panel that has to sit flush against the grille and bonnet. Check the fitment table on this page against the OE number on your old part, 13222655-00, or the SC2E-5302210 reference if that is what is stamped on it. The table will show which tiers are actually available for your build, rather than what might exist elsewhere.
What if the number on my old part is different from this one?
If the number stamped on your old part does not read 13222655-00, do not order on the strength of the name alone. This part is also listed under the reference SC2E-5302210, so check that too before ruling it out. A different number is not something to guess past, since a close looking panel can still be the wrong fit. The photographs on this page let you compare the shape and mounting points against what is currently on your car, which is the safest way to confirm before you order.
How does a part this size get delivered to me?
It comes as a large box rather than a pallet. The packaging details are shown on this page. Before you place the order, have the old cover panel off the car and in front of you. Delivery time is confirmed with your quote. The shipping cost is confirmed with your quote.
What is it made of and does that matter?
This is a moulded plastic part, not metal, so it is simple to lift into place on your own. If your records or a parts list use a different reference, this same item is also listed as SC2E-5302210, so search under that number as well as the OE number if the first search draws a blank. Cross checking both references against what is fitted to your car is the quickest way to be sure you have found the right listing.
Where does the grille upper cover panel actually fit on the car?
It fits at the front, forming part of the exterior grille assembly. Before ordering, take off the panel you are replacing and look for the number stamped or moulded onto it. Match that against the OE number 13222655-00 listed here, or against SC2E-5302210 if that is what shows on your car instead. This part is listed only in this one version, so if either number matches you can order with confidence, and if neither does, hold off and check the fitment table on this page first.
