Frequently Asked Questions: OE 13996830-00
What if the number on my old part does not match this one?
Do not fit this unit on the strength of the model alone. Take off the old head unit and find the number stamped on it, then set that against the OE number 13996830-00 or the HA2EK-7924200E reference given here. If neither matches what you have removed, hold off ordering, since a mismatch here means the wrong unit arrives and the wrong one fitted is a job done twice.
Where does this head unit fit in the car?
This is the head unit assembly fitted in the interior of the BYD Qin PLUS EV, in the dashboard where the infotainment and instrument controls sit. It has OE number 13996830-00, also shown as HA2EK-7924200E. Before you order, take the old unit out and check the number stamped or printed on it matches one of these two. Delivery takes 8 to 25 days from your order to your door.
