About This Part
Rear Door Frame Weatherstrip (Left) for the BYD Seagull, listed under OE 13571606-00 and BYD part EQEA-5407113. The continuous rubber door seal fits the Seagull Smart Driving (2025-2026), the Seagull Glory (2023-2025) and the standard Seagull (2023-2025), sealing the rear door aperture against water, draughts and road noise. This one-piece door rubber seal pushes onto the body flange around the door opening to keep the cabin quiet and dry. It is the left-side item. The right rear weatherstrip carries its own part number.

Frequently Asked Questions: OE 13571606-00
How do I know this weatherstrip is the left one for my Seagull?
This listing is for the left rear door frame weatherstrip, checked against OE number 13571606-00. Fitting the wrong side means the seal will not sit against the frame as it should, so before you order, open the fitment table on this page and check the OE number against your old part. If you are still not certain which door yours came from, compare the shape against the frame you have removed rather than guessing from memory.
What is the difference between Original and Aftermarket?
Original or Genuine means the part carries the maker mark and is built to the exact original specification. Aftermarket is made to fit and function the same way but without that maker branding, and finish can vary between suppliers. If you want to see how a listing presents each tier before deciding, the photographs on this page will show you what you are actually ordering.
My old part number is not 13571606-00, will this still fit?
A different number on your old weatherstrip does not automatically rule this one out, since parts get reissued and relisted under new numbers over time. What matters more is whether the side, the position and the fixings match what is on your car now. Check those three against your own rear left door before ordering, since a mismatch there is what actually stops a part fitting.
How does a part this size get delivered to me?
It goes out as a parcel through the standard courier network rather than a special vehicle delivery, so someone needs to be able to take it in at the address given. The packaging details are shown on this page. Delivery time is confirmed with your quote. While you wait, check the model and model year on your registration document so you order against the fitment table on this page with confidence.
Does this weatherstrip need painting to match the car?
No painting is needed here. It is made of black rubber, supplied ready to fit as listed, with no finishing step described for this part. If you are unsure whether your car uses this exact weatherstrip, look for the number stamped on the part you are taking off and compare it against the OE number 13571606-00 or the alternative reference EQEA-5407113 shown for this listing.
