Frequently Asked Questions: OE 13567803-00
What is the difference between Original and Aftermarket for this glass?
Original glass comes from BYD and matches the original specification exactly, while Aftermarket is a non-branded equivalent made to fit the same tailgate opening. Both match this OE number, so neither is a guess. If you are not sure which suits your budget or your fitter's preference, open the fitment table on this page, where both tiers are set out side by side so you can compare what each one offers before you choose.
The number on my old glass does not match 13567803-00, what now?
Do not assume it is wrong. This tailgate glass is also listed under the reference EQEA-6303100, so a different number stamped on your old part may simply be the maker's own code rather than a mismatch. Check your number against that alternative reference before ruling this part out. If it still does not line up with either number, it is worth getting a second opinion rather than ordering on a guess, since fitting the wrong glass wastes time and money.
How will something this size be delivered to me?
Delivery time is confirmed with your quote. The packaging details are shown on this page. Take a look at the photographs on this page to see how a piece this size and shape is packed for the journey, so you know what to expect when it turns up. The shipping cost is confirmed with your quote.
Where does this glass fit on the Seagull?
This is the rear tailgate glass, fitted into the tailgate itself rather than a door or window frame. It carries OE number 13567803-00, also listed as EQEA-6303100, so check that number against your old glass before ordering. If you are not certain which panel you are dealing with, use the quote route on this page and one of the team will confirm the right item for your car before you commit to buying.
