Frequently Asked Questions: OE 14443358-00
What if the number on my old part is different from this one?
This one carries the OE number 14443358-00, and it is also listed as SFHA-6302120-00LBT. If the number stamped on the part you are taking off does not match either of these, it is not the right one for your car, whatever the description says. Do not rely on memory or on the old fitting alone. Take a torch and look low down where the panel sits, near the tailgate opening, and read the number stamped or moulded into the plastic itself before you place an order.
How will a part this size be delivered to me?
It comes as a single boxed panel, with the packaging details shown on this page rather than a small box. Have someone free to bring it in rather than leaning it against a wall. It fits the rear underbody area of the tailgate, so once it arrives, check the side, the position and the fixings on your own car before you start the job, comparing the old panel to the new one first.
Does this need painting or finishing to match my car?
Supplied finished in Eclipse Blue, not as bare plastic waiting to be sprayed. If that is not an exact match for your car, or you want it in a different finish, do not just fit it as is. Use the quote route on this page to ask about options before you commit to this listed version, so you know what you are getting before it arrives.
Where does this trim panel fit on the car?
This is a rear panel, fitted to the underbody. If the old part on your car carries the reference SFHA-6302120-00LBT rather than the OE number 14443358-00, that is still the same panel, just listed under a different reference. Check the fitment table on this page to confirm it matches your vehicle, and use whichever reference is stamped or printed on your old part as the starting point, since both should lead you to the same listing.
