Frequently Asked Questions: OE 14372298-00
What if the number on my old part is different from 14372298-00?
This panel is listed under OE number 14372298-00, and it is also listed as SC3E-5302100, so a different marking on your old part may still match. If the number on your old part does not line up with either of these, the surest check is the model and the model year shown on your registration document, since that is what settles fitment for the Yuan UP. Confirm those details before placing your order, rather than relying on the number alone.
How will a part this long turn up at my door?
Delivery time is confirmed with your quote. Before it arrives, check that the OE number stamped on the old part reads 14372298-00, or the alternative SC3E-5302100, so the panel you receive matches the one coming off the car. Confirming that number against your old part before you order is the surest way to avoid delay once the parcel turns up at your door.
What is this vent cover panel made of?
It is moulded in black plastic, supplied new. No other colour or finish is listed for this panel, so this is what you will receive. Have a look at the photographs on this page to see the exact shape and finish of the moulding, since that will tell you more than the description alone about how it will sit against the trim on your Yuan UP.
Does this vent cover panel need painting or finishing to match my car?
There is no separate paint or finish for this panel beyond the black plastic it is moulded in, and nothing about it suggests a two tone or textured option. If you are unsure whether black plastic matches what you had, or you want confirmation before you commit to 14372298-00, use the quote route on this page and ask before ordering rather than guessing once it has arrived.
Where on the car does this vent cover panel go?
The engine bay is where this panel sits on the Yuan UP, covering the vent there rather than any structural part of the body. Rather than relying on the description alone, check the fitment table on this page against your own Yuan UP before ordering, so you can be sure this is the correct panel for the vent you are looking at. That table is the definitive check for this listing.
