Front Door Latch (Right) for BYD Dolphin, OE 13008620-00

The right hand designation on this latch is worth checking carefully, since left and right are the detail buyers get wrong most often on this kind of part. This latch fits the front door of the BYD Dolphin. Before you order, look at the old latch you are removing and read the number stamped or printed on its body, then match that against the OE number given here, 13008620-00, or the alternative reference EM2E-6105209. If the stamped number does not agree with either of these, do not fit this latch on the strength of side alone. The number on the part in your hand is what settles it.

Check the number stamped or printed on the old latch against the OE number here, 13008620-00, or the alternative reference EM2E-6105209. If neither matches what you see, do not guess. Use the quote route on this page and give us the number you have found, along with your vehicle details, so we can confirm whether this is the right latch for your BYD Dolphin before you order.

Delivery takes 8 to 25 days from your order to your door. Use the days before it lands to check your own car rather than waiting until the box is open. This latch fits the right side, at the front, in the door itself, so open that door and look at how the current latch sits and which fixings hold it there. Matching that against the fitment table on this page means fitting day goes smoothly, with nothing left to puzzle out once it arrives.

Metal. If you want to see the finish and build before ordering, the photographs on this page show the part as supplied. Check them against the old latch you are removing, particularly the shape of the housing and where the connector sits, so you can be confident it matches before you commit. If anything looks different from what is currently fitted to your BYD Dolphin, check the OE number 13008620-00 against the old part first.

Yes, only the original BYD latch is listed here, there is no aftermarket alternative shown at present. That is simply what is listed today, it is not a statement that no aftermarket version exists anywhere. If you would prefer an aftermarket option priced up, take the model and the model year exactly as written on your registration document and ask us to look. Giving those details lets someone search properly rather than guess from the vehicle name alone, and you will hear back on whether an alternative can be sourced and priced for your car.
