Frequently Asked Questions: OE 14209329-00
The number on my old part does not match 14209329-00, can I still order this?
Have the old lamp assembly in front of you before you order. The number stamped or printed on it is what decides fitment, not the model or year alone. If that number does not match 14209329-00, this is not the right part for your car, whatever the fitment table might suggest. Check the old unit itself, in hand, before placing the order, and match the number carefully rather than relying on memory or a listing photo.
Does this lamp need painting or finishing to match the car?
No painting or finishing is needed. It is listed as Dark Black and fits as an interior assembly, not a body panel, so there is no colour matching to worry about. What matters before ordering is confirming it is the right part for your car. Check the model and the model year exactly as printed on your registration document against the fitment details on this page, since that is what determines whether OE 14209329-00 is correct for your BYD Qin PLUS EV.
Where does the front interior lamp fit on the Qin PLUS EV?
This is the front interior light fitted inside the cabin, made of dark black plastic, listed under OE number 14209329-00. It is a new unit, not a used or refurbished one, and it is also listed under the code HAD-4123010L-D3A7 if you are cross checking against another source. To confirm it matches your car before ordering, use the quote route on this page and check the OE number against the one on your old lamp.
