Frequently Asked Questions: OE 13934354-00
Why can I not just buy this one straight away without a quote?
No, this one is not an instant checkout item. Delivery time is confirmed with your quote. Before ordering, check the OE number, 13934354-00, against the fitment table on this page to confirm it is listed for your car. This part is also listed under SC3E-5820200, so use both numbers if you are cross checking against the old part. Confirming fitment first avoids a wait on the wrong module.
How do I know this airbag module is the right side for my Yuan UP?
This listing is for the front passenger side, fitted on the right. Have a look at the photographs on this page and compare the housing shape and the connector position against the one you have removed from the car. If your old unit looks different in any way, check the OE number stamped on it against 13934354-00 before you order, since that number is the surest way to confirm a match.
The number on my old airbag does not match this one, what do I do?
Check the OE number before anything else. This listing carries 13934354-00, also shown as SC3E-5820200. Compare both of these against the number stamped on the part you are taking off the car, since that number is the only reliable way to know if this is the right module. If your old part shows a different number to either of these, ordering this one will not solve the problem. Use the number on the part itself to find the listing that actually matches your car.
Can I fit this front passenger airbag module myself?
This is not a straightforward interior swap, so treat it as a job for a qualified fitter rather than a DIY task. Before ordering, confirm the model and the model year exactly as shown on your registration document, since that is what determines whether OE 13934354-00 is the correct module for your BYD Yuan UP. Getting that detail right first avoids ordering a part that will not suit your car once it arrives.
