About This Part
Instrument-panel left face-vent air duct assembly (OE 13131310-00, also HA2HE-8123110) that channels conditioned air from the HVAC case to the driver-side dashboard louvre. Moulded in black plastic, this dash air duct fits the BYD Qin PLUS EV 2020-2026 and Linghui e5 2020-2026, along with the Qin PLUS EV Glory 2023-2025 and 2023 Champion editions, plus two more BYD models. Snap tabs and screw bosses locate the vent duct behind the fascia. Swap a cracked or whistling duct to restore full airflow to the face vents.

Frequently Asked Questions: OE 13131310-00
How do I know this duct is the left one and not the right?
This listing is for the left side. If you are at all unsure which side your car needs, do not guess from the old part alone, especially if it has been knocked about or partly broken. Use the quote route on this page and tell us the vehicle details, and we will confirm which side applies before you order, so the duct you receive is the one that actually fits.
The number on my old duct does not match 13131310-00, what now?
Do not fit it on looks alone. Open the fitment table on this page and check your vehicle details against it, since that is what confirms whether this duct is the correct one for your dash rather than the OE number by itself. If your details are listed there, the part is right for your car. If you are still unsure after checking, it is worth confirming your vehicle details again before you order, so the duct you receive matches the one you are removing.
What is this vent duct made of?
Yes, it is a moulded plastic duct, black, sitting inside the dash to direct air to the left face vent. Its OE number is 13131310-00, and it is also listed as HA2HE-8123110. Before you order, check the number stamped or printed on the vent duct you are removing against these two references, since a match is the only way to be certain you have the right part.
