Frequently Asked Questions: OE 17537319-00
Is this the left or right rear-view camera, and how do I check?
This listing is for the left-hand rear-view camera module, so make sure the side matches the one you need before ordering. The module is fitted to the exterior of the car and carries OE number 17537319-00, also listed as SC3EH-3776250, which you can match against the part on your BYD Yuan UP. If you are not certain which side has failed, check the fitment table on this page before you order, or use the quote route and send a photograph of the old part and its label to confirm against the OE number.
Will this camera module fit a model similar to the Yuan UP?
This camera module is listed for the Yuan UP only, under OE 17537319-00, and that fitment does not stretch to models that look similar or share a name. If you are unsure whether your car is this exact model, do not rely on appearance. Check the model and the model year as written on your registration document against the listing before ordering, since that is the detail that confirms whether this camera is the correct one for your car.
My old camera has a different number, does that rule this one out?
If the number on your old camera does not match, that does not automatically rule this one out, since this part is also listed as SC3EH-3776250 alongside its OE number 17537319-00. Rather than deciding from the number alone, look at the photographs on this page and compare the shape, the mounting, and the side against your old camera module. Keep the old left rear view camera module until the new one is fitted, in case the two need comparing.
