About This Part
Right-hand lower support bracket that holds the rear bumper cover to the body and keeps its bottom edge aligned. Moulded in black plastic, this bumper retainer is OE 12588576-00 (also EL-2804430) and fits the BYD e2 Glory (2019-2025) and e2 (2019-2025). The lattice frame clips to the rear panel and guides the bumper skin onto its locators. Replace a snapped bumper support bracket when the corner sags or rattles. This is the right-side piece. The left is a mirror image.

Frequently Asked Questions: OE 12588576-00
You have selected Aftermarket, the aftermarket alternative to this part. Where an answer below names BYD as the maker or calls the part Original/Genuine, it describes the Original/Genuine version, not this one.
Is this the left or right bracket?
Right-hand side. This bracket sits at the rear of the car, low down and on the right, with the side read from the driver's seat facing forwards. The left bracket is a separate listing under its own number, so the side has to be settled before you order. If the bumper cover is already off, look at what is still on the car and compare it against OE 12588576-00. Where both sides have been damaged in the same knock, you will need the other listing as well.
There are two versions here. Which should I take?
Both tiers are priced on this page. The Original/Genuine bracket is the manufacturer's own part, with BYD as the manufacturer. The Aftermarket bracket comes from another producer and is made to fit the same application, and it carries its own price on this page. Both are supplied new. The fitment question is the same either way, so start by checking the fitment table on this page against your car, then settle on a tier. If the bumper is coming off for other work at the same time, weigh that in too.
I cannot match the number on my old bracket. What should I do?
Small brackets rarely carry the OE number anywhere obvious. This part is 12588576-00 and also EL-2804430, so either reference points at the same item, and a mismatch on the old part is not a reason to walk away from this listing. Check the moulding all over, including the flat faces, before you decide. Where nothing legible survives, send your vehicle details and the numbers from the parts around it through the quote route on this page, and it can be checked against them for you.
How quickly can this bracket be delivered?
The timing has two parts. Allow 8 to 25 days for delivery, counted from your order to your door. If the bumper work is already booked in, order early enough that the part is on the bench before the car goes in, since a small bracket holding up a bodyshop slot is an expensive way to wait. The quote route on this page can confirm the current position.
What is this bracket made of?
Plastic is what it is made from, and this arrives as a small item. Plastic brackets take their shape from the mould, so if the new one looks slightly different from the tired part you have taken off, compare the fixing points rather than the overall outline. Do not force a fixing that does not want to go. The packaging details on this page will give you a sense of the size before it arrives.
