Frequently Asked Questions: OE 13702062-00
Which side is this fender for and how do I check?
This one is listed as Right. Before you order, check the damaged wing on your car and confirm that it sits on the right hand side, since fitting depends on the mounting points and the wheel arch position matching your car exactly. Look at the fixings on your own fender to be certain, rather than relying on memory. If the fixings and position match, this is the correct side for your vehicle.
What's the difference between the aftermarket and genuine version of this fender?
This fender is listed as one version only, made in China, with the fitment shown here. There is no separate tier to compare on this listing. Before ordering, check the number stamped on the panel you are removing against OE number 13702062-00, also listed as HA2HJ-8403019/77, to be certain it matches. If the number differs, do not assume the part will fit and use the fitment table on this page instead.
The number on my old fender does not match 13702062-00, what do I do?
If the number on your old fender is different, do not assume this part will not fit. This one is also listed under the reference HA2HJ-8403019/77, so check whether that number matches what is stamped on your old panel instead. This fender sometimes carries more than one reference number, so a mismatch against the main number does not rule this one out. Compare your old part against HA2HJ-8403019/77 before you decide, since that is the number most likely to confirm the match.
How will a part this size reach me?
This fender travels in a package rather than in a small box, and the packaging details are shown on this page. Delivery time is confirmed with your quote. Given the size, check that someone will be in to receive it, as a box this shape rarely fits through a letterbox or in a parcel locker, so it is worth planning ahead for the delivery.
What is this fender made of?
This fender is metal, matching the original panel rather than a plastic moulding. Have a look at the photographs on this page before you order, so you can see the panel shape and finish for yourself. It is listed as new and comes from BYD as the genuine maker, made in China. If you want to check the shape against your car before committing, the OE number 13702062-00 is there for you to match against the number on your old fender.
