About This Part
Fuel tank retaining strap assembly for the BYD Destroyer 05 and Qin PLUS DM-i, OE 13081390-00 with reference HA2HE-1101220. The formed steel band clamps the fuel tank against the underbody, with flanged bolt-through ends and a protective liner along the contact face. Frequently Asked Questions: OE 13081390-00
What if the number on my old strap does not match 13081390-00?
Do not fit it on the strength of the shape alone. Check the model and the model year exactly as shown on your registration document, then compare that against the fitment table on this page before you order. If your vehicle does not appear there, the strap is not confirmed for it, even if the two parts look alike sitting side by side. Getting the model year right matters more than getting the old strap in your hand, since a quick check now saves a wasted trip back to the workshop.
When will this arrive if I order it today?
Delivery takes 8 to 28 days from your order to your door. While you wait, take the old strap off the car and read the number stamped into it, so you have it in hand as soon as the box arrives. Do not simply open the parcel and fit the new strap on sight, since checking that stamped number against 13081390-00 is what tells you the two parts genuinely match. A few minutes with the old part now saves any confusion once delivery lands.
How is a strap this size delivered?
Look at the photographs on this page to see the strap out of the box, so you know what shape to expect on your doorstep. It is a metal strap, and the packaging details are shown on this page. Delivery takes 8 to 28 days from your order to your door. Check the OE number 13081390-00 against your old strap before you order, to be certain it is the right fitment.
Where on the car does this fit?
Underneath the car is where this strap sits, holding the fuel tank in place rather than sitting near the engine or inside the cabin. If you are working from a manual or supplier list that does not use OE number 13081390-00, look instead for the reference HA2HE-1101220, since this part is also listed under that code. Cross checking the two numbers is the quickest way to confirm you are looking at the same underbody component before you start removing anything from beneath the car.
Does this strap come in genuine and aftermarket, so which do I pick?
This page shows one listing only, the Original/Genuine strap under OE number 13081390-00, so there is no aftermarket choice to weigh up here. Fitting it is straightforward, it is simply a case of ordering the tier shown rather than comparing two. If you were hoping for a cheaper aftermarket option, it is worth checking the fitment table on this page in case a lower priced alternative is listed there for your Destroyer 05 or Qin PLUS DM-i.
