About This Part
Timing chain guide rail for BYD group models, OE 13604319-00 (also referenced as 476ZQF-1021015). This moulded black plastic rail keeps the timing chain on its correct path inside the engine, bolting through three mounting eyes to guide and steady the chain run. It fits the Fangchengbao Bao 5 Smart Driving 2024-2026, BYD New e6 2020-2026 and Fangchengbao Bao 5 Player 2024-2025, plus further BYD group models. Frequently Asked Questions: OE 13604319-00
What if the number on my old part is different to this one?
If the number stamped on your old guide rail does not match 13604319-00, do not fit this one on the strength of the description alone. Compare its shape, length and fixings against the rail on your car, and note which side of the engine it sits on. Only the details of your own part confirm a correct match. Check the side, the position and the fixings before ordering, rather than the number alone, so what arrives is the piece that actually bolts up where yours came out.
What is the guide rail made of?
Yes, this guide rail is moulded in black plastic rather than metal. Only the one version is listed, under OE number 13604319-00, also shown as 476ZQF-1021015. If you are not certain that matches the rail you have taken out, do not guess from the shape alone. Use the quote route on this page and give your vehicle details so it can be checked before you order.
Where does the timing chain guide rail actually sit in the engine?
It sits inside the engine bay as part of the timing drive, guiding the chain rather than tensioning it. This one is moulded in black plastic and listed under OE number 13604319-00, also shown as 476ZQF-1021015. For the clearest picture of where it fits and how it is orientated, look at the photographs on this page and hold your old rail alongside your screen as you compare them.
