Frequently Asked Questions: OE 13992445-00
Will this fit my BYD Song PLUS?
This panel is listed for the BYD Song PLUS, under OE number 13992445-00, also shown as SA3HK-5302100. The safest way to confirm it matches your car is to check the fitment table on this page against the details on your old part. If your car appears there, you can order with confidence. If it does not, do not guess, use the table to check before you order.
What if the number on my old part is different?
Also listed as SA3HK-5302100, this part can appear under more than one number depending on where you look, so a mismatch does not automatically mean it is wrong. Compare your old panel against the photographs on this page before ruling it out. If it matches what is shown, it is likely correct. If you are still unsure after comparing, do not order yet, take a closer look at the photographs first and confirm before you commit.
How does a part this size get delivered?
The packaging details are shown on this page. Delivery time is confirmed with your quote. Before it is sent, check the number stamped on the part you are taking off against OE number 13992445-00, so you know the right item is on its way to you. Doing this simple check first avoids any mix-up once the panel is delivered, and means you can fit it with confidence as soon as it arrives.
What is this cover panel made of and does that matter for fitting it correctly?
It is a new plastic panel made in China. Before you order, have the old cover panel in front of you and check the OE number against 13992445-00, or the alternative reference SA3HK-5302100. Plastic mouldings for the engine bay can look alike across different model years, so matching the number stamped or printed on the original is the surest way to confirm you are ordering the right panel for your Song PLUS.
Where on the car does this fit?
Sitting in the engine bay, this panel forms part of the exterior body structure in that area. Beyond that, the material does not specify which side or exact position it covers, so before you order, check the side, the position and the fixings on your own car against what you can see of the old panel. That comparison, rather than the category listing, is what tells you whether this is the correct panel for your vehicle.
