This is the moulded plastic scroll case that seats the cabin blower fan and channels air into the heater and evaporator core, matching OE 15349055-00 and SFHB-8100200. The volute duct and integrated mounting tabs locate the unit behind the dash. Fit it when the fan housing is cracked, rattling or letting air bypass the ducting. Also known as the heater fan case or HVAC scroll housing.
