About This Part
Right front bumper air curtain trim strip (Type I) for the BYD Song PLUS, covering Song PLUS EV Smart Driving, Song PLUS EV Champion and Song PLUS DM-i Smart Driving models (2024-2025) and more. This part is OE 13964278-00, supplier reference SA3HKU-2803116, and mirrors the left-hand strip. The chrome-look plastic moulding, also known as an air intake garnish or bumper accent strip, trims the right air curtain vent and secures on moulded snap clips. Choose the right Type I version to keep both sides of the front fascia symmetrical.

Frequently Asked Questions: OE 13964278-00
You have selected Aftermarket, the aftermarket alternative to this part. Where an answer below names BYD as the maker or calls the part Original/Genuine, it describes the Original/Genuine version, not this one.
How do I know this is the right side for my BYD Song PLUS?
This one is listed for the right side, so check that against the trim you are removing before you order. Look at the old part where it meets the bumper and compare its shape and mounting points with what you see here, since left and right pieces are mirror images and easy to mix up by eye alone. If you can still read a stamped number on the old trim or bracket, match it to OE number 13964278-00 to be certain before it comes off the car.
What is the difference between Original and Aftermarket for this trim strip?
Genuine and Aftermarket versions are made to differ in fit, finish and how well the plastic matches the surrounding panel, though only the aftermarket option may be listed for this item. Before ordering, check that you need the right hand front piece and not the left, since the two sides are not interchangeable. Look at the fixings on your own bumper too, as the clips and tabs on the old trim need to line up with the replacement. If your car has already had bumper work done, confirm the trim style still matches what is fitted now.
The number on my old trim does not match 13964278-00, what now?
Do not fit it on the strength of the name alone. Compare the shape and mounting points against the photographs on this page before you order, since a right side air curtain trim can look close to the left while sitting completely differently on the bumper. If your old part carries a different OE number, use the fitment table on this page to check it against your BYD Song PLUS build rather than assuming they are interchangeable.
What is this trim strip made of?
It is made of plastic. If the listing here does not quite match what you expected, check the alternative reference SA3HKU-2803116, which this part is also listed under, to confirm you have the right one before ordering. The OE number 13964278-00 is the most reliable way to match it against the part on your car, so have that to hand when you compare.
