Frequently Asked Questions: OE 11669643-00
What if the number on my old part is different?
Check the number stamped on the tailgate you are removing before you order. This one lists as OE number 11669643-00, also shown as SC-6301010/77. If what you find on the old part does not match either of those, do not fit this one. Take the number straight off the old panel rather than working from memory, since a single digit out is enough to mean a different tailgate. Match it exactly against both references here before you buy.
How will a part this size be delivered?
Packaging details are shown on this page. Delivery time is confirmed with your quote. For a delivery estimate to your postcode, use the quote route on this page. Check the fitment table on this page to confirm this matches your OE number before you order. The shipping cost is confirmed with your quote.
What is the tailgate made of, and does that matter for fitting?
It is a metal panel, not a plastic trim piece, so its shape and fixing points need to match exactly for it to fit and close properly. Have the old tailgate to hand when you order, since it is the surest way to check you are comparing like with like. The listed OE number is 11669643-00, also shown as SC-6301010/77, so check that against the marking on the part you are removing. If either matches, you are looking at the correct item.
Where on the car does this tailgate fit?
This is a rear panel, fitted to the exterior of the car, forming the boot lid rather than anything at the front. It is listed for the BYD Yuan Pro and Yuan. Since this covers more than one model, check the side, the position and the fixings on your own car against the fitment table on this page before you commit to the order.
