Passenger Footwell Air Duct for BYD Seal 05 DM-i, OE 12333215-00

Right-hand side, which on this listing means the passenger footwell duct. Side names are set from the driver's seat facing forward and do not change with the position of the steering wheel. There is a matching duct for the other side of the cabin under its own OE number, and it is shaped the opposite way, so the two are not interchangeable. Look at where your old duct runs down out of the heater housing, decide which footwell it feeds, then check that against the fitment table on this page.

This duct fits a substantial spread of BYD Seal 05 DM-i variants, which reflects how widely the part is shared. Wide coverage still needs narrowing to your car. Open the fitment table on this page, find your model year and specification, and confirm the OE number 12333215-00 or the alternative reference against the duct you are replacing. If your exact variant is not shown in the table, send a photograph of the old duct and its label through the quote route before ordering and we will confirm it against the OE number.

As well as OE 12333215-00, this duct is catalogued as HADF-8100132. The second reference is the one you may find on a label or on paperwork from a previous repair, and it points at the same item. Read whatever is marked on the duct you are taking out and compare it with both. A match on either is enough. If you find a third number, or the marking has worn away, use the quote route on this page and send a photograph of the duct and its label so we can confirm the part against the OE number rather than by eye.

The delivery time is 8 to 28 days, from order to door. If a dashboard is coming apart for the job, wait for the parcel before starting rather than working to the earlier end of the range. There is no fixed delivery date attached to the listing, so the arrival of the part is the point to book the labour from. The shipping cost for your country is shown on this page and confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Plastic is the material listed for this duct. It is a moulded part, so it holds one shape and relies on that shape to sit where it belongs. Nothing about it is adjustable, which puts the emphasis on selecting the right variant rather than on making it fit. Check the fitment table before ordering.

There is one tier for this duct, Original/Genuine from BYD. Our pages carry an Aftermarket option next to the genuine part whenever a second version can be sourced, and for this OE number there is none. So the page is showing you the only version offered. If you would like us to search for an alternative reference before you decide, use the quote route on this page. Send 12333215-00 along with a photograph of the old duct and its label and we will come back to you on what is available for your car.
