Front Door Upper Hinge Left for BYD Song Pro DM-i, OE 13165114-00

Yes, this listing is for the left front upper door hinge. Before ordering, check the marking stamped directly onto the hinge you are removing from the car, then compare it with 13165114-00 shown on this page. A match confirms you have the correct side. Take a moment with the old part in hand, locate that stamped marking, and use it rather than guessing which side the door sits on from memory, since the stamped number is the reliable check.

Fit is confirmed by matching parts, not by model name alone. Have the old hinge removed and sitting in front of you, then compare its shape, mounting holes and stamped reference against 13165114-00 before you order. If everything lines up, you can order with confidence. If any detail differs, hold off and check further rather than fitting a part that only looks close, since a part that is nearly right is still the wrong part to fit.

A different number does not automatically rule this hinge out, since hinges are also listed under other references. Start by confirming the side, the position on the door and the fixings on your own car, matching them physically against this hinge rather than relying on the number alone. If the side is front left, the position is the upper hinge and the fixing pattern matches, this is likely still your part. Where any of those three do not match, look for a hinge specific to that position instead.

This hinge is made of metal. It is also listed under the reference ST-6106100C, so if that is the number you have found on a diagram or in another catalogue, you are looking at the same part as 13165114-00 here. Check both references against whatever paperwork or old label you have, and either number matching confirms this is the correct hinge for your car. Keep this alternative reference in mind if a search under the primary number does not turn up a result elsewhere.
