Front Door Upper Hinge (Right), OE 12232834-00 (also HAD-6106109), a zinc-plated steel hinge with a domed body bracket and a twin-lug door leaf on a hardened pin. It bears the upper weight of the front door and holds the closing alignment. A worn pin shows as door sag or a creak on opening. It fits the BYD Qin PLUS EV (2020-2025), Qin PLUS DM-i (2020-2025) and D1 (2020-2024), plus the Han EV (2021). Also called a door hinge bracket or upper door hinge, this is the right front unit.

This is the upper hinge for the right hand front door. Sides are named from the driver's seat looking forward, so on a right hand drive Qin PLUS EV the right front door is the driver's own door, and on a left hand drive car it is the front passenger door. Open that door and look at the top pivot on its leading edge. If the worn hinge is on the other front door, you need the left hand reference, which is listed here as a separate item.
