This is the left hand hinge, and it sits at the upper mounting of the rear door. Sides are named as you sit in the driver's seat looking forward, so the left rear door is the one behind the front passenger on a right hand drive car and behind the driver on a left hand drive car. Open that door and look along its leading edge at the top pivot. If the hinge you are replacing is on the other side of the car, this is not the one you want.
