Fender Rear Closing Panel (Right), OE 12900930-00 (reference HAD-3102220), a molded plastic splash panel with a foam seal along its edge. It fits the BYD 2026 Seal 05 DM-i, 2026 Qin PLUS DM-i and Seal 05 DM-i Smart Driving 2024-2026 plus more BYD models. Fitted at the rear of the front wheel arch, this closing panel seals the gap between fender and body to keep road spray and debris out. Right-side wheel arch closeout.

Which side of the car does this closing panel go on?
This is the right-hand panel. It is given as right for the lateral position and rear for the longitudinal position, and named the rear closing panel for the right fender. Right is taken from the driver's seat looking forward, so it is the offside on a UK car. The way to be certain is to look at the panel you are removing and note which side of the car you are standing at. The left-hand equivalent is a separate part and will not swap over.
The panel I removed is marked HAD-3102220. Is this the same item?
HAD-3102220 is the alternative reference for OE number 12900930-00, and both describe the same closing panel. Body panels usually carry the reference on the inner face or on a label that survives paint, so check there before you decide the numbers conflict.
