This exhaust gas temperature sensor (EGT sensor) threads into the exhaust ahead of the gasoline particulate filter and reports gas temperature to the ECU for emission control. It fits across the BYD group, including the Fangchengbao Bao 5 Smart Driving (2024-2026), the BYD U7 PHEV (2024-2026) and the Fangchengbao Bao 5 Player (2024-2025), plus further variants. The braided lead and keyed connector match the factory harness.
