Frequently Asked Questions: OE 13590385-00
How do I know this grab handle is right for my Song Pro or Song L DM-i?
Check the model and model year shown on your registration document before you order, since that is what confirms which version of the car you have. This handle carries OE number 13590385-00, so you can match it against the number on the handle you are removing as a further check. It is made of plastic in dark black and comes new. Once you have matched the OE number, you can order with confidence that you have the right part for your car.
What if the number on my old handle does not match this one?
Look at the number stamped on the handle you are taking off before you order this replacement. This listing carries OE number 13590385-00, so check that figure against your old part first. If the numbers do not match, this is not the same handle, even where the shape looks similar. Ordering by number rather than by appearance is the only way to be sure you get the right part for your car. Take a moment to check it now, before you buy.
Does this grab handle need painting to match the car?
No colour or finish work is mentioned for this part, and it is supplied in dark black plastic only. Check the fitment table on this page to confirm this shade is the one fitted to your Song Pro or Song L DM-i, since no other finish is listed for this reference. If the table shows only this one option, that is the only version available for your car, and there is nothing further to arrange before it goes in.
Where on the car does this grab handle fit?
This part is fitted inside the cabin, among the trim and handles rather than anywhere under the bonnet or in the boot. It is also listed under the alternative reference SA-8215010B-00A7, so check that against your own vehicle records if you are working from a different source than the OE number. Either reference points to the same interior grab handle, so use whichever one you already have to hand when you confirm the order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to Hong Kong SAR takes 8 to 25 days from your order to your door, depending on the option you choose at checkout. The shipping cost for your country is shown on this page and confirmed at checkout before you pay, and you can follow the parcel with tracking all the way.
