Filter Capacitor for BYD Xia & Song Pro, OE 10692847-00

This capacitor fits a good spread of BYD models and a considerably larger set of individual vehicles, so the fitment table on this page is what settles it. Look for your model and your build year in that table before you order anything. Where a variant is missing from the table, take that as an open question rather than a near enough answer. Check OE 10692847-00 on the old part, or send a photograph of it and its label through the quote route, and we will confirm it against the OE number before you commit.

Compare it with both of the numbers we offer first. This item carries OE 10692847-00 and also the alternative reference 6AJ-3724100, and a part marked with either belongs here. Markings on small electrical items are often printed rather than moulded and can fade, so look over the whole body before deciding there is nothing to read. If the reference you have is neither of ours, send it through the quote route with a photograph and we will trace it, rather than have you order on a likeness.

Delivery takes 8 to 25 days from your order to your door. If the car is off the road and the timing matters, put OE 10692847-00 and your date through the quote route and we will tell you what can be done. The shipping cost for your country is shown on this page and confirmed at checkout before you pay. Before you order, check the number on your old part against OE 10692847-00.

Plastic is what the body of this capacitor is made of. Check your own installation if space is tight, because what matters is how much room it takes once mounted. Beyond the material, ask rather than assume. Quote OE 10692847-00 through the quote route if you need any construction detail confirmed before ordering.

The mounting position for this capacitor is the engine bay, so it is reached from above with the bonnet open rather than from under the car or from the cabin. Nothing more precise than that is given, and we will not fill the gap with a guess, since the exact mounting differs between builds. Confirm your vehicle in the fitment table on this page first. If you want the position checked against your own car, send OE 10692847-00 and a photograph through the quote route.

Because the Original/Genuine version is the only one offered for this capacitor, supplied under the BYD name, and the price shown on this page belongs to it. There is no Aftermarket line for OE 10692847-00, so the page has one tier rather than two and no comparison to offer. That reflects sourcing for this particular filter capacitor and says nothing about either tier in general. If an Aftermarket alternative would suit you better, ask through the quote route with the OE number and we will report what we find.
